Gloria Conyers
Out of all the great things I have accomplished, I am really proud that I won a Gold medal in dramatic interpretation for delivering a deeply emotional dramatic monologue. I competed against 250 countries and over 3,000 contestants in a 7 day all day, non-quit competition. I have used my God-given creative gifts to help me get through some of the hardest times of my life. I produced and directed a television show in New York called “Artistre” which was geared toward giving exposure to local entertainers by producers and radio personalities. It was so popular that Run DMC, Chante Savage, and JJ Walker were guests on my show.
I love to cook and create dishes that make people happy. At one time I even owned a successful restaurant called “The Wing Company.”
Because of what I have overcome, I love to advocate for people and teach them how to use their creativity and deeply about people and try to show them God’s love.

My Story
I love helping others. I am a mentor to many people. I believe the truth will set you free. I stand up for what I believe in. I am not easily persuaded. This is a book of my notes of myself, life experiences, and life lessons.
I brought home the Gold Medal at the World Championships for competing against 250 countries and over 3,000 contestants in a 7 day all day, non-quit competition. You didn't get eliminated, you fought to win each day. I ran out of tears on the 6th day. My drama monologue was very emotional. I had to keep going because I wanted to get back to myself. I lost all hope before entering this contest. My sister was there and encouraged me to keep going. Mind you I coached other children and adults who competed as well. All of them won in their own age group and categories. I taught them modeling and acting. We all flew back to NY fulfilled.
The second accomplishment was producing and directing my own TV show. Artistre was geared towards local entertainers getting seen by producers and radio personalities. It was so popular Run DMC, Chante Savage and even JJ Walker appeared on my show. I was proud but battling sickness.

My third special moment was when I opened my restaurant called The Wing Company. I loved wings and made a killing after hours. I got sick again and when I got out of the hospital the restaurant was closed.
